Licensing Agreement

A $50 trip charge will be charged if photographer arrives to home and home is not ready for photos. **Please note, our photographers do not stage homes!!! They will do what they can to make sure the photos will be great, but it is ultimately not the photographer's responsibility to fluff pillows, clear counters, etc.** All photos will be delivered to client within 24-48 business hours from time/day of shoot. All flyer proofs will be emailed to client within 24-48 business hours from the time/day RETC receives all of the necessary information to complete the flyer proof. Work will not start on flyer until all information is received to complete the project. RETC is not responsible for any errors after printing approval has been given by client.
